BATTERSEA

We Meet Every Sunday

10:30am

Battersea is an amazing South London neighbourhood that is currently going through huge physical regeneration. We believe that there will be a spiritual regeneration and revival in this part of the city and God is calling us to respond and partner with Him as he transforms Battersea and beyond.

What happens during the service?

THE FEEL

If you have never been to our church or any church before you are so welcome at any of our services. We’re a relaxed and friendly community, with people from different walks of life and nationalities and backgrounds, all exploring faith and what it means for them.

THE WELCOME

Our Connect Team will help you get settled in, and if you have children or youth, we will have areas for play and arts and crafts. Unfortunately we do not offer a kids programme at our Battersea Site, but we do run a full kids programme at our Balham Site.

In the mornings we serve delicious refreshments, including fresh coffee, pastries and fruit, which are all free, so please help yourself.

THE FLOW

Our service will run for about an hour and 15 minutes. We’ll kick off the service with around 20-30 minutes of sung worship, led by a band. This will be followed by a few notices about what’s coming up in the life of the church and 20-30 minute talk based on the Bible, followed by an opportunity to receive prayer.

Children and Youth

VINEYARD KIDS ON A SUNDAY

On a Sunday morning we run fun, creative sessions for Vineyard Kids, designed to help them meet Jesus and grow in their relationship with him. They run from 11:45 – 12.45.

If you’re visiting for the first time please come and meet us at the kids desk by the door in the hall to find out more. We worship together as a family before heading out to our kid’s church and being collected again at 12:45 (after the talk).

YOUTH ON A SUNDAY

On a Sunday morning we make space for youth, to explore their own faith, ask questions and discover how much Jesus loves and cares for them as individuals. Sessions run alongside the service with a time away from the adults 11:45 – 12:45.

NEWCOMERS LUNCH

We would love to invite you to a Newcomers’ Meal. This is a relaxed, friendly, free lunch, where you can meet the Leadership Team, hear the journey of the church, find out how to get involved and make friends with other people who are new to Vineyard. Book your place at our next lunch below.
